we here at GBMWBMF are excited about 4 more days til game day. here at GBMWBMF we dont drink the koolaid like on other sites do. we here at GBMWBMF dont always tell you what you want to hear but we always tell you what we think you want to hear.
we was at a few practices this summer and heres a litle information we taked away from that.
1) the qb for the uconn game will be either denard or tate based on the practices we was at. if not denard or tate we here at GBMWBMF think devin will be the qb of choice of rich rod. listen we here at GBMWBMF aint smoking the silly weed so we just tell it like it is. one of the three, based on us being at a few practices during the summer, will be the starting qb.
2) we here at GBMWBMF think the running back spot will come down to one thing. Who will be the starter. based the practices we was at, we at GBMWBMF beleve it will be either smith or cox or tousiant or a bevie of other players. please dont take this insite to other boards, this is a GBMWBMF exclusive just for our readers.
3) DEFENSE, DEFENSE, DEFENSE, clap, clap, clap clap clap. defense will maybe be improved from what we at GBMWBMF saw at the practices we was at. Or they could be worse.
4)who will win? We at GBMWBMF beleve based on everything we have gathered from the practices we was at the sumer that we should beat uconn unless we lose of course. the game could go one of two ways, we win or we lose. based on the practices we were at we beleve it will be one or the other.

Braking Down the Defense
We here at GBMWBMF think the play of the defensive will be a key to the city of Michigan football this fall. So we at GBMWBMF thought we should brake the defense down for all the laymans out there.
Defensive lineman - the defensive line should be considered the 1st thing the runningbacks from our opponents see when running the ball and the same for the quarterbacks. We at GBMWBMF fell that the d-line (that's defensive lineman for short) will go one of two ways. 1) they will step up and play like fighting warriors of the carribean. B) they will lay down like sleeping giants who didnt get enough sleep so they are useless even though they are big and strong too.
It is are sneaking suspicion that the d-line will be gooder than some but less gooder than others. We was having a meeting of GBMWBMF staff last night and we was all in agreeance that the d'line is hypocritical to the UM defense this season.
Tomorrow a look at linebackers.

Dear Jimmy; thanks for the kind words. Here at GBMWBMF we decided to start a blog and was content on making it the best blog in all of cllege football. We was unfortunate enough to belong to a couple pay sites (one with a name similar to ours {snicker}) and we decided that we would be different than other site by telling whats on=our-minds withour fear of retrobution. So you only get the truth - no maize & blue koolaide drinkers at GBMWBMF.

GBMWBMF Mailbag!
Dear GBMWBMF
First of all I want to say how much I love your blog!!!!!! This is bar far the best blog I ever read and win or loose we are all Michigan football fans. That said, here's my question. I live alone in a trailer with very little ventilation to the outside. I can keep my windows open during the summer but don't really know what to do in the winter. My fucking hillbilly neighbor says I should cut a fucking hole in the wall and put a trap door so as I can open and close it when I need some fresh air. What do you think? Keep up the good work.

Scrimmage today
GoBlueMaizeWolverineBlogMichiganFootball was at today's practice and hear is what we heard.
We was told Devin Gardner looked real good and is inching closer to the other two qb's and that even though he is a freshman, he plays like a sophomore or even a junior. hey look, we aren't blowing smoke up noones butt here at GoBlueMaizeWolverineBlogMichiganFootball. He's only a freshman and the qb spot is Tates to loose.
We was told the running backs looked good except for some of them and not others. We at GBMWBMF feel like the position will be wrapped up by the end of spring ball and if not then maybe later or sooner.
We was told the offenceive line is looking like the best spoke in the wheel of the car that we call michigan offence. Their is a lot of depth there and it will be a carry over to this season in that if the offenceive line plays together it will make the running backs look better and if they look better and score more points we will have a better chance to win unless we lose.
We was told the defense is looking real good. What is we supposed to think. If the defense looks good than the offence looks bad. So if the offence looks bad is it cause the defense looks good or the offese looks bad? Hopefully we can help answer some oif them questions in the future.
Overall impressions: Here at GBMWBMF we don't like to drink the maize & blue koolaide. This season is a pivital season for coach ridriguez. If he wins 8 games or more he is prolly safe and we can expect to see him once again in 2011. If he wins less then 8 games we at GBMWBMF believe he will be looking for a new job as we predicted 4 years ago. It is are hope here at GBMWBMF he will not loose to many games and win more than some games. BUT we aren't smoking the maize and blue cigars and no that it will take a small miracal to him to keep his job.
